Why Wellspring?

I am so grateful for this church. This is where I met the Lord! The people here are my family and have been by my side through every high and low.

There were other churches that could offer free housing which I definitely considered. However, after praying and receiving counsel, it became clear that this is where the Lord wants me.

He showed me the importance of who will be discipling me. He gave me clarity that I should continue at Wellspring to be brought up by the leaders here and continue being mentored by my pastor and friend, Olivia Munn-Shirsath.

I will be partnering with Wellspring and their mission to reach one of the most diverse places in the world, Queens NY. I will be involved with programming through our community center, Renew Queens as well as launching courses like Alpha. (It was through Alpha that I met the Lord!) I’ll be leading a young adult group and much more!
